The Motive System of Enterprise's Technical Innovation in The Market Economy

技术创新动力机制是企业技术创新的核心。针对我国企业技术创新的现状 ,具体分析市场经济条件下企业技术创新动力机制的基本特征 ,提出企业技术创新动力机制的基本模式和市场经济条件下为形成企业技术创新动力机制亟待解决的几个主要问题及对策。

Technical innovation motive system is the key of enterprise's technical innovation. This paper analyses the important characteristic of enterprise's technical innovation motive system in market economy and the present situation of enterprise's creation. It proposes the basic mode, the main problems and the countermeasure of the enterprise's technical creation motive system in market economy.
