摘要
随着网络信息的高速发展和普及应用,高校图书馆的管理理念也随之发生变化;高校图书馆面临技术改革和管理理念的更新,人本管理是把"人"作为管理活动的核心和组织的最重要的资源,把组织内部全体成员作为管理主体,从而实现组织目标和组织成员个人目标的先进的管理理论和管理实践活动。
With the high speed development and widely use of net information,the management theory of higher education library has changed.Higher education library faces technology reform and renewing of management theory.Human management regards human as the core of management activity and the most important resource of the organization.It regards the organizing of inside clerks as the main part of management and thus realizes the goal of organization and the advanced management theory and practice of management of the personal goal of the organization clerks.
