From ancient time on,Tibetan people like to make congratulations or eulogies in term of their happy gatherings,rituals of births and funerals, marches for war and returns from victory. Congratulations and eulogies existed widely in every aspect of Tibetan social life. They are spiritual treasures with plat- eau characteristics created by Tibetan people during long- term production. Tibetan congratulations and eulogies are closely related with Tibet ethnic religions, folk customs,rituals,holidays and so on.
