摘要
采用基体浆料浸渍纤维束、缠绕成型、层叠并热压的方法获得了强、韧而且致密的碳纤维增强钡长石基复合材料。在热压期间,基体中的单斜相钡长石由玻璃态钡长石原位转变生成。单向碳纤维增强钡长石基复合材料表现出良好的力学失效特性,在室温三点弯曲实验中具有普遍的纤维拔出。抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为359±20MPa和8.3MPa.m1/2。
Strong,tough,and almost fully dense C\|fiber\|reinforced celsian\|matrix composites have been fabricated by impregnation of the fiber tows with the matrix slurry,winding on a drum,stacking the prepreg tapes in the desired orientation,and hot pressing.The monoclinic celsian phase in the matrix was produced in situ,during hot pressing,from amphosous BAS.The unidirectional composites exhibited graceful failure with extensive fiber pullout in three\|point bend tests at room temperature.Values of flexural strength and bending toughness were 359±20 MPa and 8\^3MPa\5m 1/2 ,respectively.\;
