Preparation of TiO_2/PVP Composites by Sol-Gel Method and Study on Their Microhardness

摘要 以钛酸丁酯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为原料,采用Sol-Gel法制备了TiO2/PVP纳米复合材料。TG分析表明,无机组分与有机组分之间存在价键结合,研究了经不同温度热处理后TiO\-2/PVP的显微硬度-维氏硬度Vc,结果表明,随温度的升高,Vc增加。经270℃处理,其值可达265kg/mm2。 Nanometer\|sized TiO\-2/PVP composites were prepared bySol\|Gel method using TiO\-2 and PVP as starting materials.The results of TGA indicate stable bonding between the organic and in\|organic components.Microhardness of TiO\-2/PVP were measured after thermal treatment at different temperature and increased with increase of temperature.The TiO\-2/PVP have hardness up to 265kg/mm\+2 after treatment at 270℃.\;
