柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法合成α-Li_4Zn(PO_4)_2及其离子导电性

摘要 采用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法合成了生成温度较固相合成低的多的纯相α-Li4Zn(PO4)2(L2ZP)离子导体,并对合成材料进行了DTA、TG、XRD和SEM等表征,确证合成材料为纯相α-Li4Zn(PO4)2,探讨了不同烧结温度对粉末颗粒度的影响。实验结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,颗粒间发生团聚,粒径逐渐增大。电导率且逐渐减小。 Ion conductor α\|Li\-4Zn(PO\-4)\-2(α\|L\-2ZP) was prepared by citrate sol\|gel method.The samples were characterized by TG,DTA,SEM,XRD and ac\|IP.The results showed that the synthesis temperature of α\|L\-2ZP prepared by this method was lower than that prepared by solid state reaction.The particle size became bigger when the firing temperature was promoted,this indicated the aggregates occurred among the particles.The main reason for the ionic conductivity enhancement of the electrolytes seemed to be attributed to the increase of the sintered pellet densification when the particle size became smaller in which the resistance of the grain boundaries was decreased.\;
