摘要
用电化学方法和表面分析技术考察了 pH、cl^-、温度、Ti(Ⅱ)与 Ti(Ⅳ)离子、溶解氧等因素对钛在热酸性氯化钠溶液中阳极溶解过程的影响。结果表明,临界钝化电流密度 im 与 pH、[Cl^-]、温度 T 三者有如下关系:lgix/зpH=-1.5;lgim/lg[Cl^-]=1.0:lgim=A-4.29×10~3/T。根据实验结果,提出了钛在该介质中的活化-钝化机理。
The effects of pH,C1-ions,temperature,Ti(Ⅲ)and Ti(Ⅳ)ions, as well as dissolved oxygen on anodic behavior of Ti in hot acid NaCl solution were investigated by electrochemical method and surface ana- lysis techniques.Three experimental equations relating critical passiva- tion current density(in)to pH,Cl^- and temperature(T)respectively were obtained as follows: log im/pH=-1.5 log im/log[Cl^-]=1.0 log im=A-4.29×10~3/T According to the experimental results,a mechanism for active dissolution-passivation of Ti in this solution has been suggested.
