带时变离散及分布延迟的不确定随机神经网络的稳定性

摘要基于Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函方法,得到一个由线性矩阵不等式形式给出的判定时变离散及分布延迟的不确定随机神经网络均方渐近稳定的准则,并给出了数值算例。
