ERP是一种新兴的管理模式 ,但目前对ERP的概念方面还存在比较大的分歧。作者从起源、概念及哲理等几方面对ERP进行分析 ,并讨论CIM企业实施ERP的必要性及特点。最后分析了ERP对我国CIM企业的适用性问题。

ERP is a kind of new management mode,but there are still some great different opinions until now.The writers are about to analyze ERP from the aspects of origin, conception and philosophy,and to discuss the necessities and the characteristics of carrying out ERP in the CIM-enterprises.At the end of this paper,the question whether ERP is suitable for the firms in our country analyzed.
