摘要
从企业员工的能力和工作态度入手 ,通过对简化的组织结构的人力资源进行分析和研究 ,推导并建立企业人力资源总量的数学模型 ,进一步对该模型进行边际分析 ,提出人力资源优化的基本原理和若干途径。
According to the ability and working attitude of budiness staff members,a mathematical model on the quantum of enterprise human resources by is deduced and estabtished by studying the human resources in a simplified structure of buxiness organization.After marginal analyzing of this model,several basic principles and ways on how to optimize human resources are put forward.
