18例甲状腺全切术的临床观察

目的:探讨分析甲状腺癌患者行甲状腺全切术的临床效果与并发症情况。方法:回顾性分析我院自2009年6月—2010年6月所收治的18例施甲状腺全切术的甲状腺癌患者的临床资料。结果:其中2例术后出现一过性或短期完全恢复的低钙血症,术后暂时性声嘶1例,无喉返及喉上神经损伤病例。结论:甲状腺全切除术是临床治疗甲状腺癌的重要手段,但应严格选择手术适应证,避免过度治疗,该术式通过精细操作避免或大大降低了术后并发症的发生率,其中手术操作最为关键,而且其能够有效减少甲状腺癌的复发病例。

Objective：To investigate the analysis of thyroid carcinoma patients undergoing total thyroidectomy for the clinical results and complications.Methods：retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 June to 2010 June,18 cases of application of total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer patients with the clinical data.Results：among the 2 cases experienced or short of complete recovery of postoperative hypocalcemia,transient hoarseness in 1 cases,no recurrent and superior laryngeal nerve injury cases.Conclusion：total thyroidectomy is the important means of clinical therapy of thyroid cancer,but should be strictly selected operation indication,avoiding excessive treatment,the operation through the fine operation to avoid or reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,surgical operation,which is the key,and it can effectively reduce the recurrence of thyroid cancer.
