摘要
目的:提高基层医院护理的培训质量。方法:对全院护士进行科学的培训。结果:护士的理论与技术水平得以提高,保证护理质量与护理安全,收到了满意的效果。结论:我院将护士的培训作为提高护士理论与技术水平的主线,作为护理管理的一项重要内容,始终如一、坚持不懈地抓,收到了满意的效果。
