急性胰腺炎保守治疗的综合护理

Conservative treatment of acute pancreatitis by integrated nursing

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎治疗的护理。方法:回顾分析和总结2008年6月至2011年6月收治的185例保守治疗的急性胰腺炎的病例的资料。结果:145例有不同程度的并发症如腹腔感染、肝损害、肠道衰竭、电解质改变、胰性脑病等。最终治愈179例。结论:重视急性胰腺炎治疗的护理对预后具有重要的意义。

Objective：To explore the nursing care in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods：a retrospective analysis and summary in 2008 June to 2011 June,185 cases of conservative treatment of acute pancreatitis patients data.Results：145 cases with different degrees of complications such as infection,liver damage,intestinal failure,electrolyte changes,pancreatic encephalopathy.The final cured 179 cases.Conclusion ：the importance of nursing on the prognosis of acute pancreatitis has important significance.
