降钙素原和C反应蛋白检测在小儿急性呼吸道感染中的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在小儿急性呼吸道感染中的临床意义。方法选择急性呼吸道感染患儿70例和健康儿童50例,分别测定他们的降钙素原和C反应蛋白。结果细菌感染组降钙素原和C反应蛋白均显著高于病毒感染组和正常对照组(P<0.01),但病毒感染组和正常对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论小儿患急性呼吸道感染时检测其体内降钙素原和C反应蛋白对鉴别细菌和病毒感染,指导临床合理用药有重要的意义。
