摘要
目的对全自动血细胞分析仪末梢血模式操作方法的改进。方法将原来中文手册中血细胞与cellpack按1:5稀释调为1:10,改变了取血量和取血用具。结果使末梢血也可以进行五分类的测定,大大减少了实验操作者的工作量,提高了工作的效率。
The purpose of the automatic blood cell analyzer mode of operation of the peripheral blood improved method. Chinese manual on the original method of blood cells diluted 1：5 with cellpack adjusted to 1：10, changed the blood to take blood and equipment. Resulting in peripheral blood can be measured in five categories, and greatly reduced the experimental operator workload and improve efficiency.
