摘要
目的:探讨综合医院门诊护理人员的工作特点与护理管理措施,提高门诊护理管理水平,为医院护理管理者提供科学的管理参考经验。方法:针对医院门诊护理工作的特点、护理项目及护理人员的基本素质进行了全面综合分析,制定了提高门诊护理人员整体素质的基本要求。结果:门诊护理质量的高低在很大程度上影响着患者对医院的选择,注重加强医院门诊护理管理水平,可提高门诊护理工作的效率和患者的满意度。结论:医院门诊治疗与护理是一种方便、快捷、机动灵活、价格低廉的医疗服务模式,门诊护理质量的高低在很大程度上影响着患者对医院的选择,护理管理者只有通过不断提高护理管理水平,提高护理人员的业务技能和综合素质,从而提高护理服务质量,才能满足患者的需求。
Objective:To investigate the general hospital outpatient care and nursing work characteristics and management practices to improve patient care management,hospital care managers for the management of scientific information.Methods:Hospital nursing characteristics of nursing care and the basic quality of the project conducted a comprehensive analysis of the development of outpatient nursing staff to improve the overall quality of the basic requirements.Results:The level of quality patient care to a large extent influence the choice of hospital patients,focusing on strengthening hospital patient care management,can improve the efficiency of patient care and patient satisfaction.Conclusion:Hospital treatment and care is a convenient,fast,flexible,affordable health care model,out-patient nursing staff only continue to improve business skills and overall quality,to meet the needs of patients.
