摘要
加强民用爆炸物品的管理是当前亟待引起重视和落实措施的一个重要治安课题。本文简述了当前民爆管理存在的问题和现状 ,探讨了原因 。
At present, to enhance the supervision of civil explosive article is an important problem of public order which must be brought to everyone′s attention. In this paper, the problems and present situation in the supervision of civil explosive article are outlined, the causes discussed, and the countermeasures and propositions put forward.
