摘要
目的探讨根据充分引流、肠道给养的原理使用三管法治疗胸内食管胃吻合口瘘的疗效。方法使用胃肠减压管、胸腔引流管保持患者瘘口的清洁,用空肠造瘘管为患者供给营养。结果在使用此方法治疗的36例胸内食管胃吻合口瘘患者中,有34例患者痊愈。结论根据充分引流、肠道给养的原理使用三管法治疗胸内食管胃吻合口瘘方法简单,是一种经济实用的手术方法,值得在基层医院推广。
