对急性颅脑外伤患者的护理体会

目的:探讨急性颅脑外伤患者的急诊抢救护理方法,进一步提高抢救护理水平。方法:回顾性总结我院2008年1月至2011年1月急诊抢救的40例急性颅脑外伤患者的临床资料,对早期急救治疗护理流程诸因素进行了分析。结果:经过采取迅速、果断、准确、有效的急救与护理措施,40例创伤性颅脑外伤患者的抢救成功率为90%,死亡率为10%。结论:早期规范有效的抢救及护理措施是抢救急性颅脑外伤患者成功的关键。

Objective：To study the acute craniocerebral trauma in emergency nursing method.To further improve the level of emergency nursing.Methods：retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2008 January to 2011 January in emergency rescue of 40 patients with acute craniocerebral trauma patients with the clinical data,on the early emergency treatment nursing process factors of.Results：after prompt,decisive,accurate,effective first aid and nursing measures of 40 cases with traumatic shock,the successful rescue rate was 90%,mortality is 10%.Conclusion：early and effective rescue and nursing measures rescuesPatients with the key to success.
