随着医疗改革的不断推进,国内医院的管理水平也有很大的提高。本文研究了临床医院护理工作中的管理方式方法,探索可以明显改善医护人员的工作环境,改善医患关系及提高医护人员专业素质,能有效提高护理工作效率及质量的方法,并从现今国内医院出现的一些管理问题出发,分析其产生的原因,以及归纳出相应的解决对策。
