湖南省普通高校高水平运动员就业现状及对策研究

Study On The Current Situation Of Employment For High Level Athletes Of Colleges In Hunan Province And Its Countermeasure

运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等科研方法,对湖南省11所高校的2009届,2010届高水平运动员毕业生就业现状进行调查,从社会、高校、高校高水平运动员3个层面,分析了影响运动员就业的因素,并提出了提高和完善就业的对策,为职能部门和高校高水平运动员如何提高就业率提供参考,以促进高校竞技体育的可持续发展。

The experiment of establishing higher standard sports team by colleges is one strategic measure of significance for China to cultivate excellent athletic sporting talents in multiple forms,multiple channels and multiple levels.The employment of outstanding athletes of colleges is one of the important factors that determine the sustainable development of higher standard sports team in colleges.By means of literature data,experts interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,etc.from three levels,including society,colleges,and excellent athletes of colleges,this paper analyzes the elements that will exert influences on the employment of athletes and introduces the solutions which will enhance and improve the rate of employment by investigating the current employment situation of excellent athletes graduates of 2010 in more than 11 colleges in Hunan province,thus can improve the sustainable development of athletic sporting of colleges by providing the reference for improving the rate of employment.
