摘要
贺西矿选煤厂采用三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺,投产后矸石带煤率高达1.5%以上;经试验探讨,采取延长第二段旋流器的在线调节器插入深度、缩小底流口直径、提高悬浮液入口压力等措施,可将矸石带煤率降到0.7%以下,并分别建立了调节器插入深度和底流口直径与矸石带煤率之间的回归方程。
3-product HM cyclone adopted at the coal preparation plant of Hexi Mine,while putting in operation,the rate of entrapped coal in refuse being up to 1.5%;exploring through experiments,measures taken were: increase of insertion depth of the on-line regulator at the second stage cyclone,reduction of the diameter of the underflow orifice;and increase of feeding pressure;the rate of entrapped coal was then reduced down to 0.7%;regressive equations were set up for the rate of entrapped coal vs separately the depth of insertion of the on-line regulator and the diameter of underflow orifice.
