摘要
该文探讨了地质灾害风险评估的逻辑组成,提出了地质灾害风险评估为灾害体易发性、承灾体易损性、这两者耦合关系评估的结构组成,并以云南省安宁市为例,借助GIS平台,完成了研究区地质灾害的风险评估。评估结果与实地调查资料基本一致,表明所提出的地质灾害风险评估的工作结构及方法具有一定的理论价值和现实意义,可以为地质灾害风险评价和防灾减灾管理提供有益的科学依据。
The logical composition about risk assessment of geological disasters is discussed, and the structure of coupling relationship between disaster body susceptibility and hazard-affected body vulnerability risk assess- ment of geological disaster are put forward. Taking Anning city of Yunnan province for example, drawing sup- port from the GIS platform, the assessment of geological disasters in the study area is made. The assessment results are basically in accord with the field survey data, which indicate that the task structure presented and methods are reasonable and feasible, and can provide a scientific reference for geological disasters risk assess- ment and risk management and disaster mitigation.
