浅议现代化高校教师应具备的综合素质

现代化的高等教育需要现代化的教师队伍。现代化的高等教育对教师的综合素质提出了新的更高的要求。高校教师应具备的素质有很多方面,笔者认为,建设现代化的高校教师队伍应重点从教育理念、师德修养、教研创新和现代化教学手段与方法的运用上下功夫。

Qualified teaching staffs are essential to achieve the modernization of higher education. The achievement depends on the qualities of teachers in universities and colleges. This article uses pedagogy to discuss teaching concepts, moral virtues, innovative research, and modern teaching methods, which are key elements of developing qualified staffs to achieve the modernization of higher education.
