论科学自由的伦理维度

科学的迅猛发展,一方面使人类获得了无限的自我认识和自我改造的可能性,另一方面,科学的发展必须以社会责任作为发展基础,同时受人类社会伦理和法律规范的制约。科学研究和社会责任以及伦理道德之间存在内在的关联。因此,社会责任和伦理如何应对科学中涌现出的种种问题,是当今科学发展的重要议题。

The rapid development of science, on the one hand, helps human beings gain the unlimited possibilities of autognosis and self-remoulding, and on the other hand, must be based upon social responsibility, as well as be restricted by social ethics and legal rules and regulations. It is supposed to have some intrinsic link between scientific research and social responsibility, scientific research and ethics. Thus, how to cope with the problems arising from scientific activities, in perspectives of social responsibility and ethics, has been an important topic in current scientific development.
