摘要 通过研究和分析工厂化养殖循环水处理系统的控制工艺,设计了以西门子S7—200 PLC为核心的循环水养殖控制系统。自动检测和控制养殖池中的溶解氧、pH值、氨氮、硫酸氢和水温等环境因子,使养殖环境处于最佳状态,促进鱼类快速生长。整个系统分为生物反应器自循环、应急处理、水循环及过滤、水质监测及设备控制和恒温温控五大模块。对系统进行了硬件和软件设计,给出了软件流程图。经调试系统自动化程度高,便于维护,运行稳定、可靠,是提高国内工厂化水产养殖水平的有效手段。 Through research and analysis the control process of industrialized aquaculture circulating water treatment system, circulating aquaculture control system based on S7--200 PLC is designed. The system automatically detects and controls various environmental factors in the pond such as dissolved oxygen, pH, NH3, Bisulfate, water temperature, etc. For what the aquaculture environment is kept in the best condition to promote the rapid growth of fish. The entire system has been classified into 5 parts : bioreactor self-recycling, the emergency, circula- tion and filtration, water quality monitoring and control and thermostatic temperature control. The systematic hardware and software are designed, and the software flow charts are introduced. Through debugging the automation system is stable and credible, easy to maintain. It is an effective means of raising the level of domestic industrialized aquaculture.
