基于声振耦合理论的后桥声功率测试系统研究

摘要 汽车工业现场背景噪声很大,在该环境下对零部件总成进行噪声测量往往非常困难。提出了一种基于壳体结构声振耦合理论的应用方法,剖析了基于声振耦合法的后桥总成声功率测试理论,并对在线检测工艺、系统方案和软、硬件设计方案做了全面的分析与讨论,最后通过对比性试验验证了该方法的准确性、可靠性和有效性。 Because of the difficulty to measure the noise of a running final drive with strong background noises, a feasible method was proposed, which is based on the theory of the coupling of shell structure surface vibration and its radiated noise. The sound power determination theory based on the vibration speed method on the determination platform is introduced. Based on this theory the determination process plan of the vehicle rear axles was discussed. According to the process plan, it presented the measurement system plan of the platform and worked out the hard-ware design and the control software design of the system. The use in the rear axle performance determination platform shows that the method is precise, reliable and effective.
