摘要
针对传统备件库存中所存在的备件随机性强、需求规律差的问题,从供应商管理库存的角度出发,对常用备件的库存控制方法进行研究,建立了基于VMI策略的备件库存控制模型。并通过实例研究,对不允许缺货条件下的供应商管理备件库存模式与传统模式进行比较,结果表明,该方法可以很好的降低企业运营成本,解决了常用备件库存管理的问题,优化了备件库存结构,并给出了一些优化建议。
Aiming at the problem existing of traditional spare parts inventory, common spare parts, the important part of the spare parts inventory, was analyzed from the actual situation, and the common spare parts inventory based on VMI strategy was established. Through the case study, the model was performed under the condition which the shortage of the common spare parts was not allowed. The problem of spare parts inventory management was solved. The model optimize the structure of inventory. Finally, some suggestions on optimization are given.
