摘要 在进入高含水期的油田开发中,潜油电泵得到广泛应用。控制柜可以控制潜油电泵的启动、停机及运行中的其它动作。有效掌控潜油电机的运行状况,是潜油电泵的重要组成部分。设计了一种新型潜油电泵智能控制柜,分析了该设备的技术特点,给出了结构组成及电气原理,进行了室内外的现场实验。结果表明,该装置可以有效地设定预定参数,运行可靠。 In the exploiting oil fields in the stage of high water-cut, the submersible pump has been widely applied. Meanwhile, control panel is one of the most important components of the electric submersible pump. Since it can control the start, stop and other operations of the electric submersible pump. As a result, the control panel can know the operational state well. A novel intelligent control panel of the electric submersible pump is designed. The technical characteristics are analyzed, and the composition and the electric principle are provided. Finally, the indoor and outdoor experiments are carried out. Experimental results show that the device can effectively configure the predefined parameters, and it works reliably.
