龙滩水电站在两广地区能源可持续发展中的战略地位

Strategic Importance of Longtan Project for the Long term Steady Development of Energy in Guangdong and Guangxi

从南方四省 (区 )的能源资源条件、未来社会经济发展对能源需求、主要能源平衡与发展措施以及龙滩水电站在“西电东送”中的地位等方面 ,论证了龙滩水电站在两广地区能源可持续发展中的重要战略地位 ,提出了开发和利用龙滩电力应作为下世纪前 10年解决两广地区能源平衡的首选措施的结论。

This paper makes a thorough analysis on the importance and effect of Longtan project for the long term steady development of energy in Guangdong and Guangxi provinces,based on a comprehensive survey and study on the energy resources,the future energy demand and energy supply.It is suggested that the exploitation of Longtan project should be the most favorable and economic strategy to meet the energy demand of Guangdong and Guangxi provinces in the first 10 years of the 21st century.
