摘要
目的:探讨手术治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法:回顾分析我院收治的35例踝关节骨折患者的手术治疗情况。结果:经对35例踝关节骨折患者术后进行6～24个月的随访,26例患者的疗效判定为优,6例患者的疗效判定为良,2例患者的疗效判定为可,1例患者的疗效判定为差,优良率为91.43%,疗效理想。结论:对踝关节骨折进行手术治疗,可有效恢复踝关节的功能。在治疗过程中准确地进行解剖复位和坚强的内固定是手术成功的关键所在。
Objective：To investigate the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 35 cases in our hospital in patients with treatment of ankle fractures.Results：The data and the 35 cases of ankle fractures in patients for 6 to 24 months of followup,26 patients were judged to be excellent,6 patients were judged to be good,and 2 cases judged to be 1 case judged to be poor,good rate of 91.43%,results were satisfactory.Conclusion：take surgery for treatment of ankle fractures ankle joint function recovery is very effective,and accurate treatment of anatomic reduction and rigid internal fixation is the key to the surgery.
