摘要
目的:分析探讨急腹症的误诊原因及预防措施。方法:对近3年我院收治的65例急腹症误诊患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并分析误诊原因及预防措施。结果:所有经及时治疗的患者均痊愈出院。结论:各型急腹症症状类似,在诊治此类疾病时必须详细采集病史、进行体格检查及采取相关的辅助检查的措施,以避免误诊。
Objective：To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of acute abdomen and preventive measures.Methods：The last 3 years in our hospital,65 cases of acute abdomen misdiagnosed clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results：All through the timely treatment of patients were cured.Conclusion：The acute abdomen symptoms are similar,must be collected through a detailed medical history,physical examination,laboratory examinations taken relevant measures to avoid misdiagnosis.
