摘要
用“中国压蒸快速法”和“南非法”对混凝土骨料进行了碱活性检验 ,检验结果证明 ,针对骨料具有碱活性 ,且主要活性成分为活性二氧化硅 ,进行了掺用粉煤灰的方法进行抑制的研究 ,研究结果表明 ,尽管用重庆华能的粉煤灰 ,任一掺量均有抑制效果 ,但掺量大于或等于 30 %时 ,才是安全有效的掺量。
Alkali reactivity potential test have been carried out with Chinese rapid method for identification of alkali reactivity of aggregate and ASTM C1260 94 As a result,the aggregate is alkali reactivity one and the main reactive ingredient is reactive SiO 2.The measure adding fly ash to mortar bar to prevent the AAR has been studied.The result is that every contend of fly ash made in Chongqing Huaneng used to replace cement is an effective measure to reduce the expansion in mortar bar due to ARR,and the 30%(or more) fly ash is sufficient to prevent damaging expansion.
