应用奥硝唑及丁香油明胶海绵预防干槽症的体会

目的:研究运用奥硝唑注射液及丁香油明胶海绵预防拔牙后干槽症的效果。方法:观察482例下颌第三磨牙拔除后进行不同拔牙创口处理患者术后发生干槽症的情况,分析其病因。结果:拔牙后对创口行常规处理,患者发生干槽症的几率为3.14%,而对创口进行奥硝唑注射液冲洗后置入丁香油明胶海绵,干槽症的发生率仅为0.63%。结论:用奥硝唑注射液冲洗拔牙后的创口后,置入丁香油明胶海绵,可以大大减少干槽症的发病率。

Objective：to study the use of ornidazole injection,clove oil gelatin sponge prevent tooth dry slot after the method of disease.Methods：482 cases of mandible group third molar after pulling out of the different tooth wound treatment,observation occurred after dry slot of disease,and analyzes the cause.Results：after tooth cuts happen conventional treatment dry slot a 3.14% chance of disease,and wound for ornidazole injection after washing into clove oil gelatin sponge,dry slot disease rate was 0.63%.Conclusion：after tooth with wounds ornidazole injection after washing into clove oil gelatin sponge,can greatly reduce dry slot disease the chance.
