微波根管消毒治疗根尖周病的临床观察

目的:观察微波在根管治疗术后的反应及远期效果。方法:应用微波效应和非热效应,对378例根尖周病患者行根管治疗术后48h的术后反应及1年疗效观察,并与常规法进行对照。结果:在对急慢性根尖周病患者进行充填前,应用微波根管治疗能封闭牙本质小管的开口,提高消毒效果。结论:微波根管治疗在根尖周病治疗中是安全有效且可行的。

Objective：To observe the microwave in root canal therapy after response and long term effect.Methods：the application of microwave effects and thermal effects,on periapical diseases in 378 cases,root canal therapy after 48h postoperative reaction and 1 years of observation,and compared with the conventional method of control.Results：in the acute and chronic periapical disease filling before the application of root canal therapy with microwave energy seal the dentinal tubule openings,to raise the effect of sterilization.Conclusion：Microwave root canal therapy in treatment of periapical disease is safe and effective and feasible.
