摘要
目的:探讨影响考试焦虑相关因素,为预防和调适护生考试焦虑提供依据。方法:对150名护生进行Sarason考试焦虑量表、状态-特质焦虑量表、社会支持量表、一般自我效能感量表的测评,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果:在考试焦虑程度方面,焦虑检出率为57.3%;状态-特质焦虑、社会支持及自我效能与常模相比差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);年级间的考试焦虑与焦虑特质、社会支持及自我效能差异在整体水平上并不显著(p>0.05);相关分析显示,考试焦虑与状态-特质焦虑评分呈显著正相关,与社会支持总分、各因子评分与GSES评分呈显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:护生社会支持程度、自我效能感高者,其考试焦虑程度则低,应采取措施提高护生的社会支持程度及自我效能。
Objective:To explore the relationships of test anxiety with state-trait anxiety,social support and general perceived selfefficacy,offered information about defend and cure exam anxiety.Methods A sample of 150 nursing students were administrated two other inventories assessing Sarasons'test anxiety scal(eTAS)and state-trait anxiety,social support rating scal(eSSRS),general self-effciency scal(eGSES).Results:57.3% of students are found be middle and seriousanxious about exam.there was a significant difference between the subjects and norm of the score of SAI(46.91±8.44),TAI(46.72±8.35),SSRS(38.23±5.44),GSES(2.28±0.54()P0.05或P0.01).There is no significant difference in different grades on exam anxious correlation factors(p0.05).Correlated analysis study indicate that,there was a positive correlation between score of TAS and SAI,TAI ;total score of social support,score of each factor and score of GESE,but there were negative correlations with score of SSRS and GSES(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Nursing students who with high social support have good feelings of self-efficiency and with low levels of anxiety,so measures must be took to improve the social support of nursing students.
