微伏级T波电交替与非缺血性心肌病患者发生室性心律失常的相关性分析

摘要 目的:探讨微伏级T波电交替与非缺血性心肌病患者发生室性心律失常的相关性。方法:分析30例T波电交替阳性的非缺血性心肌病患者与30例T波电交替阴性的非缺血性心肌病患者及30例正常健康志愿者发生室性心律失常的发生情况。结果:T波电交替阳性的21例非缺血性心肌病患者发生持续性室性心动过速,9例发生室颤,1例发生猝死。T波电交替阴性的12例患者出现持续性室性心动过速,1例出现室颤,无猝死。两组差异有非常显著性(p﹤0.01)。结论:T波电交替阳性对预测严重室性心律失常有重要价值。
