肾脏替代疗法的展望

探究连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)在重症急性肾功衰竭、全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)、多脏器失常综合征(MODS)、败血症等疾病救治中的效果。进行连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)时,观察肾脏各项指标,以及IL-6、TNF-α变化。运用CRRT较传统疗法能有效的提高患者存活率,明显降低死亡率,是种有高效、适用的治疗方法,有临床推广意义。
