消防部队应对突发事件举措对企业应对灾难危机的启示

Measures Taken in Emergency Cases by Fire Forces and Its Implication upon Enterprise Crisis

《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》赋予了突发事件特定含义,即:突然发生,造成或者可能造成严重社会危害,需要采取应急处置措施予以应对的自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件和社会安全事件。地震具有发生突然、破坏性强、余震频发、引发多种次生灾害、受灾范围广、应急救援难度大的显著特点。结合消防部队抗击汶川"5.12"特大自然灾害直至灾后重建实际,总结了消防部队维稳处突的成功经验,对企业如何应对突发危机事件提出了建议。

Emergencies are unexpected, serous, unable to get prepared and have a far - reaching impact on society. Earthquakes, of course, are typical of these emergency cases ,which will causes great losses of people and property.Based on the experiences of fire forces in the Wenchuan earthquake rescue and the aftermath reconstruction, this paper analyzes the successful experience of the fire forces, and puts forward suggestions for emergency cases.
