摘要
运用探索性因子分析,建立义务教育质量感知模型(PSQM-CE)。义务教育质量感知包括五个维度:物质投入、师资力量、教学过程、教学成果和素质教育。通过建立义务教育满意度指数计算模型,计算来自城乡、中小学和不同收入阶层家长义务教育满意度指数,并检验了其差异性。根据研究结果,提出了相应的政策建议。
By making use of the exploratory factor analysis, this paper constructs a perceived service quality model for compulsory education (PSQM-CE). The dimensions of service quality in compulsory education include material input, teacher resources, instruction process, instruction output and quality education. By setting up the satisfactory index model, this paper calculates the satisfactory index of primary and secondary school students' parents who are from urban or rural areas of different income levels, and examines their differentiation. In accordance with the outcome of the study, the paper puts forward its suggestions as relevant policies and strategies.
