As an optional course for Marketing major,the course of "Management Information System(MIS)" has its characteristics and advantages.The concepts of decision support system,office automation system,industrial control system and database system in MIS can be utilized to improve the competence of marketing planning of marketing staff.For teaching "MIS",the methods of casing teaching and participation teaching can be used to mobilize the enthusiasm of the marketing students for studying the course.The methods have been performed successfully into the corresponding teaching process through teaching practice.
