摘要
对MGC3.3-9固定车箱式矿车连接装置受力部件进行强度校核,结果表明,使用钢钩、双环链、钩销、环轴、叉形螺杆和半环这种连接装置,其中4处强度不符合要求,且性能指标相差很大,即使增加材料也难以保证性能指标,且使连接装置粗大笨重,还需更改碰头座。建议使用万能连接链和插销作为连接装置,即能保证性能指标,轻便灵活,且易翻转。
Strength checking to the stress components of MGC3.3 - 9 fixed carriage type mining car connection equipment, the results show that use these connection equipments ,for example steel hook, double chain, hook pin, collared shaft, forked screw and semi -ring, four strength parts not pass muster, and the performance index is differ greatly. It is hard to guarantee the performance index even though raise the material, the connection equipments is very heavy and need to change the head seat. Suggest that use all - purpose coupling chain and bolt to the connection equipment. It can guarantee the performance index, light and flexible, and also easy to turn.
