摘要
某型早期雷达的发射机只采用两个指针式电表作为监测设备,缺乏完善的机内测试系统,为了更有效地监测发射机的工作状态,采用了加装嵌入式监测系统的方法。利用成熟的单片机及数据采集技术,设计了用于雷达发射机的多点调理电路和隔离电路,研制成嵌入式的故障监测系统。该系统在发射机上加装调试后经长期使用,检验了其使用效果良好,可靠性高,具有推广使用价值。
Withing only two pointer meters as a monitoring device, the certain type of early radar transmitter lacks complete machine test system. In order to more effectively monitor the working status of the transmitter, use the method of installation embedded monitoring system. Make the best of the existent efficient technology for MCU and data acquisition, modulation circuits and isolation circuits were designed based on radar transmitter, and embedded fault monitoring system was developed. After debugging and long-term using for transmitter, it is demonstrated that this system can provide high reliable fault detection, and is worthy to put into application widly.
