摘要
以槲皮素为起始原料,通过两步反应制备两种新型硝酸酯类槲皮素衍生物,其结构经1H-NMR及ESI-MS确证,初步考察产物对DPPH.和.OH自由基的清除性能。结果表明,两种槲皮素衍生物对DPPH.清除率分别为88.7%和90.1%,对.OH清除率分别为78.6%和80.6%,其IC50分别为4.2、4.5mg/L和19.2、22.3mg/L。
Two novel quercetin derivatives coupled with nitrate moiety were prepared with alkylene dibromide and AgNO3 from quercetin.Their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR and ESI-MS.Their capability of scavenging the DPPH· and·OH radicals were evaluated.The preliminary assay results showed that the products possessed strong scavenging activity on reducing power on DPPH· and ·OH radicals with maximum scavenging rate 88.7%,90.1% and 78.6%,80.6%,effectively scavenged DPPH· and ·OH radicals with IC50 of 4.2,4.5mg/L and 19.2,22.3mg/L,respectively.
