薄膜-超声法制备二氢杨梅素脂质体的工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用薄膜-超声法,对二氢杨梅素脂质体的制备工艺进行了研究,通过单因素和响应面实验确定了最佳工艺参数:卵磷脂和胆固醇比为6.2:1(g:g),卵磷脂和二氢杨梅素比为4.1:1(g:g),超声时间为34min,缓冲液pH为7.0,在此条件下,二氢杨梅素脂质体的包封率为88.58%。此法制备二氢杨梅素脂质体具有操作简便可行,脂质体包封率高、稳定性好等优点。 The membrane-ultrasonic method was used to prepare dihydromyricetin liposome.The optimum conditions were determined by the single factor and response surface tests:the phospholipid:cholesterin was 6.2:1,the phospholipids:dihydromyricetin was 4.1:1,the ultrasonic time was 34min,the buffer solution pH was 7.0.Under the optimum conditions,the encapsulation efficiency was 88.58%.Preparation of dihydromyricetin liposome by membrane-ultrasonic method was simple and feasible,it had high encapsulation efficiency and good stability.
