摘要
在酸性条件下,Ce(SO4)2氧化Ru(bipy)32+时,在Na2SO3存在下,对该化学发光具有很强的增敏作用,据此建立通过HPLC分离、用化学发光检测器测定亚硫酸钠的方法。在优化的实验条件下,测定亚硫酸钠的线性范围为2.0×10-6~5.0×10-4g/mL,方法的检出限为6.0×10-7g/mL,定量下限为2.0×10-6g/mL,线性回归方程:△I=3.578c+19.721(c:g/mL;r2=0.9984),对5.0×10-5g/mL亚硫酸钠进行了11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.7%。该法已成功的运用于实际啤酒样中亚硫酸钠的含量。
The CL radiation was emitted in the reaction of cerium sulfate oxidation reagent with tris(2,2-bipyridyl) ruthenium(Ⅱ) in the presence of acid.The existence of sodium sulfite made the reaction more sensitive and strong.The optimal conditions for the CL detection were studied and a new method for determining sodium sulfite was described by HPLC-CL.The linear range was 2.0×10-6~5.0×10-4g/mL with the detection limit of 6.0×10-7g/mL,linear regression equation:△/=3.578c+19.721(c:g/mL;r2=0.9984),and the relative standard detection was 3.7% for 5.0×10-5g/mL.This method has obtained satisfactory results in the analysis of sodium sulfite in beer samples.
