过敏原分离纯化技术的研究进展

过敏原是引起过敏反应的抗原性物质,对它的检测是预防发生过敏反应的重要方法,而过敏原分离纯化是过敏原检测技术的基础。主要叙述了过敏原的致敏机理,同时详细叙述了沉淀法、疏水性相互作用色谱、离子交换色谱、亲和色谱、凝胶过滤色谱、膜分离、蛋白质组学和人工合成过敏原技术在过敏原分离纯化中的研究进展,重点介绍蛋白质组学和人工合成过敏原技术这两种分离纯化的新方法。

Allergens antigenic substances that cause allergic reactions,its detection is an important method to prevent allergic reactions,and purification of allergens is the basis for allergen detection.This paper describes the mechanism of allergen sensitization,while detailed description of the precipitation,hydrophobic interaction chromatography,ion exchange chromatography,affinity chromatography,gel filtration chromatography,membrane separation,proteomics and synthetic allergen in purification of allergens in the research progress,focusing on synthetic technology of this new method of allergen.
