茶多酚含量测定方法研究综述

Research status of determination method of tea polyphenol content

近年来,茶多酚因其独特的药理性质受到越来越广泛的重视,然而茶多酚因其成分复杂,准确测定困难,严重制约着对茶多酚功能的进一步研究。综述了近年来国内外对茶多酚含量测定方法的研究进展,详细叙述了酒石酸亚铁分光光度法、原子吸收法、近红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法等研究方法,以期对今后相关研究提供参考。

In recent years,tea polyphenol because of its unique pharmacological nature are getting more and more extensive attention,however,the complex of composition and difficulty of accurately determination constrain the further study of tea polyphenols＇ function.The content determination method research progress of tea polyphenols of domestic and foreign in recent years was reviewed,the ferrous tartaric acid spectrophotometric method,atomic absorption method,the near infrared spectra method and HPLC method were narrated,so as to provide a reference for future studies.
