摘要
利用摩擦磨损试验机对速度、载荷、间隙等因素对发动机曲轴磨损特性的影响进行研究。在不同工况下(速度、载荷、间隙)进行了正交试验,试验结果表明,在完全润滑状态下,速度对曲轴磨损量的影响较显著,载荷和间隙对磨损量的影响相对较小。
The influence of speed ,load,gap etc on wear characteristics of crankshaft in engine was studied by testing machine. We conducted orthogonal test under different conditions. The results show that： In the full lubrication situation, the influence of the speed on wearing capacity is obvious, the load and gap is smaller.
