HCG避孕疫苗:β-亚单位免疫原的分子修饰和重建

摘要 以印度Talwar的HSD-hCG疫苗通过人临床Ⅱ期试验为标志,hCG疫苗在证实人类免疫避孕可行这一点上,第一个获得了具有里程碑意义的重大突破。但此类原型hCG疫苗存在制备困难、成本高及其免疫应答受MHC遗传限制等明显缺陷,被判定不适合推广应用。因此,如何克服hCG疫苗现有问题,使之早日为人类生育控制作出贡献,乃是近年来相关学者普遍关注并积极探索的重要课题。本文以抗原的基因工程制备、hCGβ分子修饰或重建以及免疫方式变革为侧重点,介绍了目前国内外hCG疫苗研究中有代表性的若干最新进展。
